Volunteers

  • Do good for our earth by helping to recycle clothing and household items.
  • Support our local community by preparing good quality items for sale at affordable prices.
  • Be a welcoming presence in our community as a cashier/bagger or receiver.
  • Participate locally in a global mission to provide relief, development and peace.

The volunteer program offers a local service opportunity to use skills or discover new interests. Volunteers select tasks they would like to do, and choose the amount of time they have available: weekly, twice a month, monthly. Volunteers of all ages and skills are welcome, and orientation is provided. (Children ages 8 – 15 are welcome when accompanied by an adult who will work alongside them.)
